OKAY. SO HERE IT GOES: I wanna thank to those people - acquaintances, friends, and mom - awesome people who wished me a happy birthday. THANK YOU ALL!! I would definitely remember all your wishes and as I grow older, I would become a better person in future. I don't wish to change - I wish to become a person who's proud of herself ; and hopefully people will be proud of me too. XD Like I said before, I only love people who loves me back. No matter who you are, if you love me that means you have acknowledge me in your life, and I'll do the same to you(^^)
I don't hope to be famous, I'm just a person who loves sharing her experiences and hobby.
And I follow a simple motto I've made for myself : "Live for what you love, not being controlled by anyone/anything."

New Hairstyle for 18th Birthday

21/01/2014
SO, Heya!!

My first post of 2014! YAYY!! hehehe. Okaayyy, someone's birthday is coomiiinnnggg uppppp~!!! & YES, ITS MEEEHHHXD This month I've pampered myself with toooo much new buys. Bought clothes from U.S blogshop, H&;M , U-KISS ring,TWO new portable speakers(for dance purposes): JBL & Valore , accessories aaaaannnnndddd a new hair colour! And this all gifts for myself. HAH. I suck at saving up money ><

ANYWAYS, decided to visit Shunji Matsuo by Lily Xu again, to dye a new hair colour. Why did I go to a salon? Wellll, i want to get rid of my bleached fringe and dip-dye. One of my resolutions was to keep bleaching OFF-LIMITS. JYEAH.

BEFORE

AFTER

So here's the deal. I wanted to dye my hair brown but a brown that is rare to find outside. I told the hairstylist, Lawrence, that I want to dye brownish-orange but I also told him I want to get rid of the bleached parts. Then he told me that in order to get rid of bleached hair I should dye a darker colour. If I  dyed a lighter colour, my bleached parts will still can be seen. He suggested I should dye a dark colour, bury the bleached parts and then after 1-2months , when the dye starts to fade off, only then I can dye a lighter shade. Well, it was logical and reasonable, so I decided to follow his suggestion. My hair colour is MATT BROWN; he mixed two different Matt brown and.......

TADAA!! It came out like this.
My fringe ends are grey in colour because of the previous bleaching. I still had red shades from my previous DIY dye with Loreal Excellence. It didn't really bother me much because it still looks nice and it kinda blends in(except for my lower part of my hair as its much darker).

This wasn't the hair colour that I wanted to achieve but I shall wait for the colour to fade off
and see what I can do about it. Its either I go back to the salon and dye or DIY with Loreal Excellence Intense Copper Brown.

My friend, Idah, accompanied me for 2hrs++. Awwww, thanks Mom Idah :")

OOTD~~

I don't look like anything special, right right RIIIGHTTT???XP
Haiiisssss, now I look like any common girl with common hair colour out there. HAISSSS.
GOTTA RESIST, ZIM, GOTTA RESIST. ><

Second part of this post:
I realised that my fringe is super duper long so I decided to trim it myself~~ WHOOO. Since I had no plans and will be rotting at home, might as well do some cutting~~
As you can see from my previous pictures(scroll up), my fringe is damn long. Its wayyy over my chin.

Trimmed and layered my fringe~~ YAYY

VALORE speaker. Love love love the LED Light^~^

I don't trust salons to cut my fringe. It ALWAYS ended up shitty== So, instead of spending money just to cut your fringe, might as well cut it the way YOU like at YOUR own risk.

Thank goodness I didn't make any mistake and cut it just the way I wanted.. Phewww..

Wanted to vlog on how I cut my fringe but I wasn't feeling up to it to edit the video. Meh~~ Maybe next timeXP

See ya all on my next post~!

Going Red Red! with Loreal Excellence Fashion

Hey hey hey~!

After 1 year of not DIY-ing my own hair colour, I feel so damn rusty. Lol. Anyways, finally get to change my (eww) bleached fringe to awesome spicy red. Well, I dyed 2 colours with Loreal Excellence Fashion - Intensive Spicy Red and Intensive Copper Red .

What's inside? :

Extra materials that I used:

[Methods on how I do it for my hair]

Step 1: Apply the protective serum on dry/damaged hair(mostly at the end of the roots).
Step 2: Mix and stir creme colorant and creme developer in a plastic/ceramic bowl(DO NOT use metal bowl)
Step 3: Wear gloves. (Its a must!)
Step 4: Apply hair dye onto your roots that are more visible first. Then, apply to the rest of your hair, starting from the bottom.
Step 5: Wrapped your hair with plastic cling wrap to trap the heat emitting from your head.(so that the hair dye would evenly spread out)

Step 6: Patience. Wait for 40-45 minutes.
Step 7: Rinse your hair THOROUGHLY so that all excessive hair dye are washed out.
Step 8: Apply conditioner and leave-in for 2 minutes before rinsing your hair again.

FINALLY: Towel dry, blow dry/naturally dry it and its done!

For my fringe:- Front side dyed spicy red(pic on e left) and for the back side dyed copper red(pic on e right)

DO'S:
1.Wear an old shirt or a shirt that you confirm plus chop won't wear outside.
2. Rub Vaseline/Moisturizer around your forehead, back of your ears, around your neck or any other areas that you feel might get stain during the hair dye process. OR
3. Prepare a bowl of water and cotton so that you could rub it off ASAP when your skin got stained.
4. Wrapped a towel(that you don't mind it getting stain) around your neck.

DONT'S:
1. Do not keep leftover hair dye. Dispose it immediately.
2. Do not use your bath towel that you regularly use for towel drying your hair as it might get stained(unless you don't mind getting it stained).
3. Do not wear white clothings until you're sure(120% SURE) that you've completely rinse your hair till there's no excessive hair dye left.
4. Do not wear your precious accessories(earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces) while dyeing your hair unless you've something to protect it.

What do you guys think? Red enough? ^^ Haha.
Rate: 8.5/10
Would I recommend: YES! If your hair color is dark, don't fret. It will give off the 'red shine'. It won't be bright bright red, but under sunlight, it totally shows that its red. ^-^

THANK YOU(^O^)/
